Interlibrary Loan

If the Norma Anders Public Library does not have a certain material requested by a patron, the librarians will be glad to request the sought after material from SILO (State of Iowa Libraries Online.) Patrons will be limited to three items at one time and most items can be delivered at no charge. Patrons will be required to reimburse the library for the cost of postage if items are unable to be delivered via IA Shares. The circulation period and renewal permission are set by the lending library. Please allow at 1 to 2 weeks for delivery of requested items.

Exotic Animals with Dr. Bec

Meet Dr. Mike Bechtel. (You can call him Bec!) Bec is an associate professor of science education at Wartburg College and was a high school science teacher before that. He has always raised exotic animals in his classrooms and his home. He loves teaching and learning, adventures, meeting new people (especially those who share his love of animals), traveling to new corners of the planet, and studying interesting life forms.
